Debbi Martini
Debbi is a passionate, driven individual with a heart for people and a love for her work. With 30 years (and counting!) in the optical industry, she brings experience, dedication, and genuine care to every aspect of her role. Known for her loyalty—to her team, her customers, and her friends—Debbi continually strives to grow both professionally and personally.
Outside the office, Debbi enjoys life to the fullest. She and her husband Gaetano, her partner of over 26 years, love hitting the trails on side-by-sides and snowmobiles, or relaxing on a peaceful camping trip. She’s also a big fan of cruising with Royal Caribbean and unwinding with a good book—especially if it dives into the world of conspiracy theories.
And when it comes to sweet temptations? Anything with chocolate and peanut butter is her undeniable weakness!

Tracy Chester
Tracy Chester is a seasoned optical professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. A dual-licensed optician in both New York State and Florida, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the optical retail space. As a Retail General Manager, Tracy is known for her strong leadership, operational excellence, and commitment to delivering top-tier customer care.
Tracy is also a proud mom of two and a devoted wife. In her downtime, she enjoys planning and experiencing overseas travel, always eager to explore new cultures and destinations. Her blend of professional dedication and personal passion makes her a well-rounded and inspiring leader in the field.
NYS LICENCED OPTICIAN
Paul
Paul is a New York State Licensed Optician with over 50 years of experience in the optical industry. Known for his depth of knowledge, commitment to patient care, and mentorship within the field, Paul has been a steady and respected presence in the profession for decades.
He is a proud father and grandfather to many, and a devoted husband. Together with his wife, Paul is extremely active in the New York State Society of Opticians (NYSSO), where they continue to advocate for the profession and support fellow opticians across the state.
Paul’s greatest passion is his family, and he finds joy in balancing a fulfilling professional life with the love and connection of those closest to him.

Steven
With over 45 years in the optical industry, Steven is driven by a deep belief that his work can help make the world a better place. His extensive experience has shaped him into a dedicated and knowledgeable professional who is passionate about improving lives through vision care.
Outside of his professional life, Steven is a loving husband, father of four, and proud grandfather to two. He is an all-around family man who enjoys spending time with loved ones—whether it’s around the dinner table, playing with the dogs, or working on cars and refurbishing old boats. He also loves to unwind with bow hunting and fishing, always embracing the great outdoors.
NYS Apprentice Optician & Paraoptometric Technician,
Alley
Alley is a New York State Apprentice Optician and a skilled Paraoptometric Technician, bringing over 15 years of experience in the optical industry. For the past 5 years, she has been a valued member of our team, known for her compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to patient care.
A proud mom of 8 and grandmother to many, Alley brings the same nurturing spirit and multitasking excellence from her family life into her work every day. Her favorite way to spend time outside of the office is simply being with her loved ones—family time is her greatest joy.
Alley’s warmth, experience, and commitment make her an essential part of both our workplace and the lives of those we serve.
Paraoptometric Technician
Crystal
Crystal is a skilled Paraoptometric Technician who has been a valued member of our team for the past 2 years. Bilingual and compassionate, Crystal helps ensure that every patient feels comfortable and well-cared-for, no matter their background. Her attention to detail and approachable nature make her a standout in our practice.
Outside of work, Crystal’s true passion is baking. She loves experimenting with new recipes and sharing her homemade creations with family and friends. Whether in the clinic or the kitchen, Crystal brings warmth, creativity, and dedication to everything she does.
Director of First Impressions
Bethany
Bethany proudly holds the title of Director of First Impressions, and she truly lives up to it. As the friendly face behind the front desk, Bethany is the master of the customer experience—managing patient flow, scheduling, and creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment someone walks through the door.
She’s been a valued member of our team for over a year, quickly becoming an essential part of our day-to-day operations. Bethany brings warmth, organization, and a genuine care for others to her role.
Outside the office, Bethany’s heart belongs to her cats. Her passion for animals—especially her feline companions—shines just as brightly as her dedication to our patients.
